Authorized Use

The vehicle may be used only for personal, family, or recreational transportation. Examples include:

• Group road trips and day outings
• Church, community, or team travel

Strictly Prohibited Use

• TLC operations or activities requiring Taxi & Limousine Commission licensing
• Taxi, limousine, black car, livery, shuttle, or any other for-hire passenger transport

• Transporting passengers or goods primarily for payment or commercial delivery
• Any unlawful, negligent, or reckless operation of the vehicle

The renter is responsible for:

• Any new body damage, interior damage, or broken/missing parts

8. Authorized Drivers

Only drivers who are approved by TravelSeats Rentals and properly documented in the reservation and/or rental records may operate the vehicle. 9. Return Conditions

• Full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 5 days before the scheduled pickup time.
